Three children were seriously injured today during a multiple vehicle collision involving three cars at 3:20 p.m. on Farrington Highway and Milikani Street.
Honolulu Emergency Medical Services treated two females, ages 13 and 14, and a male, 13, and transported them to an emergency room.
EMS did not indicate who was driving the vehicles and how many other occupants were involved.
