The 69th annual Saranac Lake Fourth of July Kiddie Parade returned Thursday. After the parade, which was hosted by Women’s Civic Chamber of Saranac Lake, local families enjoyed a short ceremony, goodie bags from the chamber and SnoCones from the Saranac Lake Rotary Club.
