OnePlus 13 display details have leaked online

The OnePlus 13 has been in the news for some time, thanks to multiple leaks that have been circulating online. Late last month, OnePlus China head, Louis Jie, mentioned that the OnePlus 13 will use the BOE X2 quad micro-curved display. Now, we have all the details about the display of the OnePlus 13, courtesy of the popular Weibo tipster, Digital Chat Station.

New leak reveals display details of the One Plus 13

Talking of the newly leaked details, the tipster claims that the OnePlus 13 will sport an 8T LTPO BOE X2 display panel. That display will come with a 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The tipster also adds that the upcoming device will also feature an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.

Besides, the display of the OnePlus 13 may be slightly curved on all sides. In addition, it could support features like soft edge four-level depth and super eye protection. It’s worth noting that OnePlus might have redesigned and customized the display’s circuitry and optical cavity structure, respectively.

Digital Chat Station further mentions that these changes may greatly improve the brightness of the device compared to its predecessor. Additionally, the tipster has also said that the OnePlus 13 will use the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) dimming technique. For those unaware, PWM dimming enables rapid switching of LED lights to adjust their brightness.

Previously leaked details about the flagship smartphone

Interestingly, the recent leak is in line with the previous leaks about the display details of the OnePlus 13. In the past, we have also heard that the OnePlus 13 will use the Snapdragon 8 Elite aka Snapdragon 8 Gen 4.

That’s not all, the device might pack a 6000mAh battery. The device might also support wired and wireless charging up to 100W and 50W, respectively. Moreover, the top-of-the-line flagship device might debut this month in China, though we don’t know the exact dates yet.
