Following major leaks of both the OPPO Find X8 and OPPO Find X8 Pro, OPPO has just confirmed those designs, along with some other tidbits about both devices. On top of that, some spec info surfaced on the side. Let’s focus on the official info first, though.
The OPPO Find X8 & Find X8 Pro designs have been officially confirmed
OPPO confirmed that the OPPO Find X8 will be 7.85mm thick, while the ‘Pro’ model will be 8.24mm thick. The company also confirmed that all four bezels on the devices will be equally thick, or should we say thin. They’ll be the thinnest around, even though that detail was not mentioned.
The OPPO Find X8 will feature a 6.59-inch display, and weigh 193 grams. The Pro model will have a 6.78-inch display, and weigh 215 grams. The company also said that a “large battery’ and ‘large periscope telephoto camera” will be included, as well as 120W wired and 50W wireless charging. Both devices will also be water and dust resistant.

More detailed OPPO Find X8 specifications surfaced
Now, a separate leak sheds more light on the specs of the two phones. It claims that the OPPO Find X8 will feature a 6.59-inch Tiaman OLED flat display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Its maximum brightness will be 4,500 nits, in theory. 2,160Hz PWM dimming will also be included in the package.
The MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chip was also mentioned, as was LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 flash storage. A 5,630mAh battery was mentioned for the device, along with 80W wired and 50W wireless (magnetic) charging.
A triple camera setup will sit on the back of the phone, backed by Hasselblad. A 50-megapixel main camera (LYT-700 sensor) will allegedly be included. This is a shame as we expected the LYT-818, at the very least. A 50-megapixel ultrawide camera (Samsung JN5) was also mentioned, as did the 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera (Sony LYT-600 sensor, 3x optical zoom).
The OPPO Find X8 is tipped to arrive in both 12GB and 16GB RAM variants. The 12GB RAM model will allegedly be paired with either 256GB or 512GB of storage in China. The 16GB RAM variant will come with 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB of storage.
The color options mentioned are Breeze Blue, Bubble Pink, Light White, and Starry Black.
