HEBRON, Md. – Hebron’s annual car show returned for its 16th installment Saturday.

With dozens of classic cars and mods, along with food and vendors, the event brought a big crowd to Hebron’s train depot.

Participants said it’s really the last big show of the season in the area, and for those that pour so much time and effort into their rides, it’s meaningful to be able to show them off and connect with others in the community.

“You appreciate when other people appreciate it, when they come and they look at it and they say, ‘Man, it’s beautiful.’ I love that. It makes you feel good because, you know, you done it and other people enjoy it also,” said Mike Chance, a participant who built his own truck.

Chance added that he has been involved in the event from its inception.

Commissioner Chester Sebald said the money the town raises from the car show goes right back into the renovation of the Hebron’s old train depot building.
