The Hauwei Mate 70 series is coming on November 26, it has been confirmed. With that being said, Huawei chairman has just shown us the Huawei Mate 70 Pro+, via real-life images which have been taken from a short video. That will be the most powerful smartphone in the series.

That phone was actually shown already, a couple of days ago, but in renders. This is our very first look at the real deal. You can see the provided images in the gallery below.
The color you can see here is the new ‘Gold and Silver Brocade’ color. The phone seems to be gray-colored at first, with a pattern on the back, but when the light hits it under a different angle, it turns into a glowing silver smartphone with an emphasized pattern on the back.
All in all, it looks very nice. We’re pretty sure that Huawei opted to put glass on the back, though. There could be a model with a vegan leather backplate too, but this particular unit has glass on the back.
There are four cameras on its back
Now, you’ll notice four cameras inside that circular camera island on the back. One of them is a periscope telephoto camera, while the XMAGE camera branding is visible here too. The LED flash is also located within that circle. That camera island does protrude on the back, but not by much.
The phone will feature a micro quad-curved display on the front. It will be flat, but the glass on top of it will curve slightly towards all sides. That seems to be the modern way of doing things, at least as far as smartphones from China are concerned.
Ye Chengdong, the company’s chairman who showed us the device, also said: “Many people wanted to see if I showed my phone at the auto show. Everyone is particularly looking forward to what the Mate 70 looks like. Today I will not hide it and show it to everyone”.
