The OnePlus 12 is now receiving its second Android 15-based update
This update delivers a number of AI features that were promised when the OxygenOS 15 was announced. It brings features such as AI Retouch with clarity enhancement, unblur and reflection removal for photos, and also AI Notes.
Within AI notes, you’re getting a new AI writing suite that includes the “continue writing, polish, and optimize style AI writing features to assist you in drafting and enhancing content, unleashing your creativity in an instant”.
The ‘Format’ feature is also a part of the package, as it will help you “organize scattered information into well-organized content”, says the company. The ‘Clean up’ feature is also here, to remove filler words from voice notes.
This update also enables you to easily share live photos with iOS devices nearby. It also improves the stability of the system and expands the compatibility of Bluetooth connections.
A number of changes to ‘Fluid Cloud’ have been made too
With this update, OnePlus also delivers ‘Fluid Cloud’ updates to the device. It enhances app compatibility, while also improving the design. Animations have also been improved, and more.
A number of changes have been made to the ‘System’ section too. The Contacts can now be switched to a floating window, while Photos can recognize boarding passes in order to add them to Google Wallet.
Apps in large folders can now be displayed in 3 x 3 grids, while this update also fixes an issue that caused some apps to crash. An issue with the display due to which some app icons overlapped with other elements has also been fixed.
Last, but not least, this update also delivers the November 2024 Android security update to the OnePlus 12. You can check out the full changelog below.
