Apple Martin's date chats with other women at 'nepo baby' ball after she rolls her eyes at him – Daily Mail

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin‘s daughter Apple made her debut into society on the arm of dapper Count Leo Henckel von Donnersmarck at Le Bal des Débutantes in Paris on Saturday – but she wasn’t the only girl he talked to during the evening.

In a new video, Count Leo, who hails from the Austro-Hungarian noble family House of Henckel von Donnersmarck, was spotted talking to two other ladies as they danced together at the party.

The clip, which was posted to TikTok by HSH Prince Alexandre d’Arenberg, showed the curly-haired Leo all dressed up in a suit as he sipped a drink next to his friend, watching the two girls.

He then began to slowly approach the two ladies – but it turns out one of them was his sister, Lara Cosima von Donnersmarck, who donned a bejeweled gown and matching silver crown.

Dancing with her was Skye Wong, who recently graduated from St John’s College, Cambridge, and was a debutant at last year’s ball.

Leo could be seen getting close to Wong and smiling at her in the new video.

His sister, Lara, was laughing into her hand as he appeared to be courting Wong.

Wong, whose parents are Andy and Patti, are the ‘millionaire offspring of Hong Kong banking big shots,’ as Andy’s grandfather founded the Bank of East Asia, according to The Independent.

For this year’s ball, Wong was dressed in a champagne-colored silky dress with ruched detailing as well as a matching choker.

Last year, Wong attended the bash wearing a long, bright red dress with detailing at the shoulder designed by Vivienne Westwood.

She was invited as a guest this year, and it’s unclear exactly how long Wong and the Donnersmarck family have known each other.

He is the descendant of a large and noble Austro-German family who were central figures of the Second Industrial Revolution, spearheading technological innovations like mild steel puddling metal factories, three-high rolling mills and soda-pulping in Germany.

He made his entrance alongside Apple, as the two took a spin together on the dance floor during the night.

As is tradition, the debutants are paired up with a ‘cavalier’ who are often young men from similarly distinguished backgrounds, to make their grand entrance at the ball.

The dress, designed by Valentino’s Alessandro Michele, took 750 hours of hard work to complete.

In addition to hitting the dance floor with her date, Apple also danced with her dad, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, who divorced mom Paltrow in 2016.

The two shared an adorable slow dance together.

Chris, who looked sharp in a black tuxedo, took his daughter’s hand and guided her back and forth, at one point looking at her right in the eyes.

During the cute dance, Chris was laughing, smiling, and even took his daughter for a quick spin as they showed off their moves.

They even embraced at the end as she gave her dad a sweet pat on the back.

Apple also appeared to be smiling in the adorable daddy-daughter moment.
