Galaxy S25 series will launch on January 22; fourth phone teased?

The Samsung Galaxy S25 series will become official on January 22, Evan Blass aka evleaks has confirmed. He shared a seemingly-official confirmation image via X, which goes hand-in-hand with previously-shared info.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 series will become official on January 22, as expected

You can see the aforementioned image below. As you can see, it says ‘22.gennaio 2025’ as the launch date. ‘Gennaio’ means ‘January’ in Italian, so he obviously got this from Italian press materials somewhere.

Galaxy S25 Blass launch date

In addition to the date, the poster says ‘Galaxy Unpacked’, and there’s also a Samsung logo at the top. What’s interesting here is that the image in the poster is suggesting a fourth smartphone is coming. You can see four corners here.

My mind immediately went to the Galaxy S25 Slim, but several sources said that Samsung wouldn’t announce it alongside the main Galaxy S25 series. Needless to say, this is a bit confusing, as that’s the only fourth phone that was mentioned.

A fourth phone is a possibility, based on the teaser image

We’ll have to wait and see what is Samsung planning here. Is that fourth phone a well-hidden secret by the company? Is it the Galaxy S25 Slim? Or is that image just Samsung’s way of teasing something entirely different and messing with us? Well, who knows, we’ll find out on January 22, or possibly sooner.

What we do know is that the entire Galaxy S25 series is coming. That includes the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra, all of which we’ve exclusively leaked more than once. We’ve actually revealed the designs of all three smartphones.

They’ll all have flat displays this time around, and based on what we’ve seen, they’ll all be fueled by the Snapdragon 8 Elite globally. Exynos won’t be a part of the Galaxy S25 story, it would seem. The Galaxy S25 Ultra will once again stand out when it comes to design and will include an S Pen stylus.
