The brand has also introduced new updates for the Samsung Health app

The new updates for the Samsung Health app will provide more “personalized and comprehensive health capabilities”. The new updates focus on supporting optimal sleep and goals for a healthier daily life. The first new feature of the update analyzes your sleep environment. It assesses factors such as temperature, humidity, air quality, and light intensity in the room. You can also use the SmartThings feature to automatically adjust room settings to create the ideal sleep environment.

Furthermore, the new updates bring a new “sleep time guidance” feature. It suggests an optimal bedtime tailored to individual sleep patterns, habits, and conditions. The app now goes beyond sleep analysis and provides actionable insights for better sleep. It recommends the most suitable sleep times based on a combination of your sleep quality and daily routines.

Notably, the new update also brings a “mindfulness tracker” feature. It empowers you to improve your mental health and achieve a better night’s sleep. You can now monitor your moods and follow the app’s guides for breathing exercises and meditations.
