Official Google documents have supposedly been obtained which reveal key details about the company’s 2026 flagship phones.
Yes, that’s right, the Pixel 11 series, not the Pixel 10 series that’s expected later this year.
According to Android Authority, the Pixel 11 family will include four models:
- Pixel 11: Codenamed “Cubs”
- Pixel 11 Pro: Codename “Grizzly”
- Pixel 11 Pro XL: Codename “Kodiak”
- Pixel 11 Pro Fold: Codename “Yogi”
The theme is clearly inspired by bears, with the name of the Pixel 11 Pro Fold standing out in particular, “Yogi”, stands out. In addition to referring to the cartoon bear Yogi, the name could also be a nod to the design of the phone, as it’ll be a foldable model.
Tensor G6 and AI improvements
The Pixel 11 is expected to be powered by Google’s upcoming Tensor G6 chip, which according to reports will bring major advances in AI. Rumours point to features like:
- 100x zoom camera: A feature that will let AI enhance images at extreme zoom, similar to the Honor Magic 7 Pro
- Health tech: A new “nanoTPU” is said to allow for monitoring of sleep apnoea, sneezing, snoring and other health-related data for a more holistic health app
Although the Pixel 11 is still a long way from launch – estimated for August 2026 – it is clear that Google is building on the ideas introduced with the Pixel 9.
