Meta AI has become one of the most popular chatbots, available on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. Users can ask questions and converse with the AI, which provides useful answers. Meta has recently introduced several exciting new features, including Memory Boost and personalized recommendations. Here’s everything you should know about Meta AI’s most recent updates.
Memory Boost Feature
Meta announced the Memory Boost feature, which will allow the chatbot to remember several things, including 1:1 chats on WhatsApp and Messenger. With this feature, the company hopes to provide more relevant responses by retaining context from previous conversations.

The Memory Boost feature is now available to Meta AI on Facebook, Messenger, and WhatsApp for iOS and Android users in the United States and Canada, with additional countries to follow. Users will have the ability to delete any information the AI remembers at any time.
Personalised Recommendations
Second, Meta is giving Meta AI a more personalised touch by providing more targeted content recommendations. The chatbot will now use data from users’ Facebook profiles, recent activities, and interactions to make suggestions based on their preferences. For example, if a user requests a fun family getaway, the chatbot may recommend a country music concert in their area based on their location, family information, and previous interests.
The new personalised feature is currently being rolled out to Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram users in the US and Canada. With this, the social media behemoth hopes to provide more relevant content and increase user satisfaction.
Additionally, the company has also promised more personalised features for the users. “We regularly introduce new features for all of our products to find out what works and what doesn’t for our communities. With today’s news, we’re excited to bring more personalization to the Meta AI experience,” the company wrote in a blog post.
