If someone told you that one day there will be a Bitcoin-themed Apple iPhone 16 Pro with 24K gold on it, you’d probably laugh. Well, here it is, announced by Caviar, a company in the business of re-launching popular phones covered with gold.
Caviar made Bitcoin-themed iPhone 16 Pro with 24K gold
The company announced its Bitcoin-themed lineup, and it includes both the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max. The pricing starts at a whopping $11,130, which is not something many people can afford.
Caviar said: “The Bitcoin Edition iPhone 16 Pro is a luxurious homage to the world’s leading cryptocurrency. Its design features intricate 3D engravings of the Bitcoin logo, framed by blockchain-inspired patterns that symbolize the limitless potential of digital finance”.
If you check out the images below, you’ll see the phones themselves. You’ll notice the strong focus on Bitcoin, as it’s etched on the back, in that 24K gold that we’ve mentioned earlier. One thing is for sure, these phones will draw attention to themselves.
The company will sell 47 units of these phones, which is a strange “coincidence”
Caviar has decided to sell 47 units of the Bitcoin Edition iPhone 16 Pro. You know what else is interesting? The US President, Donald Trump, is the 47th President of the US, so that’s probably not a coincidence, but there you go.
Aside from those fancy changes on the outside, both of these phones are, in essence, regular iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max models. Caviar did not mess with the internals or the software, of course.
The Bitcoin-themed iPhone 16 Pro starts at $11,130, while the ‘Pro Max’ variant can be yours for $11,910. You can get quite a few original models of both smartphones for that amount of money, but if you have cash to spare and you really want one of these, well… try and get one soon. They’re still not listed on the website.
As a reminder, the company has non Bitcoin-themed luxury iPhone 16 Pro models too, which are slightly more affordable.
