The Vivo X200 Pro mini will get a global model after all, it seems. That phone was announced alongside the Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro a while back, in China, but only its siblings launched globally. Well, it seems like the ‘mini’ model will follow.
The Vivo X200 Pro mini’s global variant seems to be on the way
According to a report by SmartPrix, the Vivo X200 Pro mini will arrive to India by Q2 2025. Rumors are saying that it’s coming in April, though nothing has been confirmed just yet. So take this information with a grain of salt.
The source claims that the phone will most likely arrive in two variants to India. Its 12GB RAM model will include 256GB of storage, while the 16GB RAM variant of the phone will ship with 512GB of storage.
The Vivo X200 Pro mini is basically a smaller version of the Vivo X200. It comes with a 6.31-inch quad micro-curved AMOLED display instead of a 6.67-inch panel on the Vivo X200. It is inferior to the Vivo X200 Pro, though, mainly in the camera department.
Still, this is a flagship-grade phone with the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor. That chip has proven its worth, as it’s not only immensely powerful but does a great job with power consumption too.
The phone will include a large battery on the inside
The Vivo X200 Pro mini has a 5,700mAh battery on the inside, which is more than enough for its size. Chances are it will offer great battery life when it launches, as was the case with the Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro.
Android 15 will come pre-installed on the device, along with Funtouch OS 15. Origin OS is included on the Chinese version of the phone. That is a different OS compared to what we’re getting on the global variant.
The phone also supports 90W wired and 30W wireless charging, while the charger will be included inside the retail box.
