Putnam man arrested for allegedly slashing tires, throwing rocks at moving cars – Eyewitness News 3


PUTNAM, Conn. (WFSB) – A 27-year-old was arrested after allegedly throwing rocks at cars and slashing tires.

Police say they were called on Saturday at around 2:35 p.m. for a man throwing rocks at passing vehicles and slashing the tires of parked vehicles as he was walking in the north end of Putnam.

The suspect, 27-year-old Duncan M. Souza, was found on Breault Street with a box cutter.

He was arrested and charged with breach of peace, criminal mischief in the third degree, and criminal mischief in the second degree.

He was held on a $10,000 bond.
