‘Transportation for Vermont’ will be at the Statehouse on Thursday for their annual lobby day to talk with lawmakers about improving transportation access in Vermont communities.
The coalition advocates for well-funded, accessible, and equitable transportation in urban and rural areas of the state.
That includes reinstating EV and electric bike incentives for low-income Vermonters, policy tools to reduce carbon emissions in the transportation sector, and increasing street safety for bikes and pedestrians.
