AH Real Deal: Samsung's 85-inch QN90D TV is now $2,600 off

Samsung is having its incredibly good Spring sale right now, and as part of that, it’s offering a pretty good deal on the 85-inch QN90D TV. Normally, the 85-inch model of this TV would cost you $4,799.99 at its full retail price. However, Samsung’s Spring Sale has brought the price down by $2,600, making the final price that you’d pay $2,199.99.

This is a highly rated TV for several reasons, and one of those is gaming. Due to the Neo QLED panel technology, low latency, vivid colors and inky blacks, and high refresh rate, the Samsung QN90D provides an excellent experience for gamers. The native refresh rate is 120Hz, but it can also be boosted up to 144Hz. The 120Hz is all you need for PS5 and Xbox Series X, though, since they won’t support anything above that.

While not specifically a gaming feature, the QN90D also supports Dolby Atmos, and this can pair with Samsung’s Object Tracking Sound+ feature. Providing you with a much more immersive audio experience for games. This is also great for watching movies and TV shows, as the audio in that type of content will feel more spatial.

There’s also an HDR brightness optimizer that helps to boost the brightness in really dark scenes. This can be great for games or movies, too. Of course, this is a smart TV as well. Running on Tizen OS, the QN90D gives you access to loads of apps for all of your favorite streaming content. Whether you prefer Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, or any of the other available services, you should have access to apps for all of them. It’s also worth mentioning that all of these features are even better since the screen size is 85 inches. Making all of your content larger than life.
