Sony’s WH-1000XM5 headphones are some of the best on the market for sound quality and noise cancellation, but they’re expensive unless you scoop them up via a deal like this one. Normally, these would cost you $399.99 if they were available at full retail price.
For a pair of wireless headphones, that’s certainly not cheap, but luckily, Walmart has them on sale right now for a pretty good discount. You can pick them up for just $260.09. This is the lowest price we’ve seen on these headphones in quite some time, if not ever. That being said, this price is only available for the Black pair of the headphones. They come in Midnight Blue, Pink, and Silver as well, but none of those are priced this low.
In terms of features, what Sony’s WH-1000XM5 are known for the most is the active noise cancellation. Previous generation models are also well-known for the ANC. Many will consider it the best available. So if you like blocking out ambient noise when listening to your music, these headphones will get the job done and then some.
Another really neat feature of these is the Quick Attention mode. This is my personal favorite simply because of how it works. When you want to activate it, simply place your palm over the right earcup and hold it there. This will turn on the Quick Attention mode and filter in noise just like a transparency mode. This is used when you need to speak to someone. It’s super useful because this way, you don’t have to take the headphones off. So it’s just more convenient.
Speaking of convenience, these have a decent battery life of up to 30 hours, but they support Quick Charge as well.
