NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – North Charleston Police announced on X that all eastbound lanes of Dorchester Road at Foxwood Drive are closed because of an auto-pedestrian accident Saturday evening.
Drivers are urged to seek alternate routes as they might experience traffic delays.
