Displace Announces the World's First Truly Wireless 4K TVs at CES 2025

Displace has come to CES to steal the show again, announcing Displace Pro and Displace Basic which are the world’s first truly wireless 4K TVs. These bring all-in-one entertainment and productivity hubs that go beyond the traditional TV experience. Offering a sleek, cable-free design, along with Displace OS. This is a new AI agent-driven operating system that the company says will “redefine how Displace users interact with their TVs and perform tasks easier than ever before”.

The company is using two long-lasting, rechargeable Li-ion batteries to power these next-generation 4K TVs, which helps ensure a truly wireless experience, and gets rid of cord clutter. Consumers are able to mount the TV on a wall, which is super easy to do without any tools, or place it on a table with the all-new concealed push-to-pop legs. Displace says that this design helps make it ideal for any space in your home, or even outside of your home.

Displace is making TVs exciting again

TVs are a big part of the products that are announced at CES every year. And we’ve seen some interesting announcements from transparent TVs, to rollable TVs, but it’s been pretty stagnant for a while. Now, Displace is making TVs exciting again, with these new truly wireless TVs. Displace’s founder, Balaji Krishnan said that their “disruptive OS combined with the innovative Displace Agents makes Displace the first TV to feature revolutionary hardware and software tightly integrated. With enhanced internal processing, Displace offers more than just entertainment, and transforms the TV into an all-in-one productivity hub.”

Displace is also being smart with battery life on the Displace Pro, which comes with a complementary soundbar. This soundbar delivers immersive audio and can also extend the TV’s battery life with an additional 150 hours. So that you can keep binge-watching your favorite show, without needing to charge your TVs batteries. It is also compatible with Displace Basic, however it is not included in the price and will need to be purchased separately.

Displace Pro and Displace Basic aren’t products that will never come out, in fact they are available for pre-order today. A stark difference from a lot of other announcements here at CES. Exclusively during CES, you can get $1,000 off the original price. And all models are expected to start shipping on March 28, 2025.

Both models will come in 27-inch and 55-inch sizes. With the Displace Basic priced at $2,499 for the 55-inch and the 27-inch at $1,499. While Displace Pro is priced at $4,999 for the 55-inch model or $2,999 for the 27-inch model. These are the prices during CES, so after January 10, they will increase by $1,000.
