Some of you will recall that we exclusively revealed the designs of the Samsung Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra. Well, now we’re doing the same for the specs of all three upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 series smartphones.
We managed to get our hands on the details. We will talk about each of the phones separately below, starting with the vanilla model, of course.
Samsung Galaxy S25 specifications
The Samsung Galaxy S25 will feature a flat 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display. That will be a fullHD+ (2340 x 1080) panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. The Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy SoC will fuel the device. Chances are it will be an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Elite.
The phone will come with 12GB of RAM and will be available in three storage flavors. 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB storage options will be on offer. A 4,000mAh battery will be placed on the inside, while 25W wired charging will be supported. Wireless charging will be on offer too, though, but our source did not share the details regarding that.
A 50-megapixel main camera will be backed by a 12-megapixel ultrawide camera, and a 10-megapixel telephoto camera (OIS, 3x optical zoom). On the front, you’ll find a 12-megapixel snapper (f/2.2 aperture lens).
The phone will offer a dual SIM setup, eSIM support too, while Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.3 will also be supported. Android 15 will come pre-installed, along with Samsung’s One UI 7 skin.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 will measure 158.4 x 75.8 x 7.3mm, while it will weigh 190 grams.
Samsung Galaxy S25+ specifications
The Samsung Galaxy S25+, on the other hand, will feature a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display. That panel will offer a 3120 x 1440 (WQHD) resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display will be flat.
Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy will fuel the device globally, while the phone will include 12GB of RAM. You’ll be able to choose between 256GB and 512GB storage flavors, while storage expansion won’t be on offer, the same goes for all three phones.
A 4,900mAh battery will be placed inside the Galaxy S25+, while 45W wired charging will be supported. Wireless charging will be on offer here as well, but we still can’t confirm the details regarding that.
A 50-megapixel main camera will be included on the back, along with a 12-megapixel ultrawide camera, and a 10-megapixel telephoto unit (OIS, 3x optical zoom). On the front, you’ll be able to find a 12-megapixel shooter (f/2.2 aperture lens).
This phone will also offer a dual SIM setup, with an eSIM option too. Wi-Fi 7 will be supported, and the same goes for Bluetooth 5.3. Android 15 will come pre-installed on the device, along with One UI 7.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip will fuel this phone too, globally. Samsung opted for 12GB of RAM here, at least as far as the European market is concerned. You’ll be able to choose between 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB of storage non-expandable storage.
