Samsung teased its upcoming ultra-thin smartphone — Galaxy S25 Edge (previously known as Galaxy S25 Slim) and despite it not being officially presented like the rest of the lineup, journalists have already learned some details about its specifications and expected price.

Considering the photos, Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge has only two cameras (the rest of the series is equipped with three) and a very slim profile (announced thickness — 6.4 mm, but journalists were not given the opportunity to verify this). Previous reports indicated that the smartphone will have a battery capacity from 3000 mAh to 4000 mAh, a main camera of 200 Mp, and will operate on Snapdragon 8 Elite.

In a comment to Android Authority, a Samsung executive confirmed that Galaxy S25 Edge is ready and will initially be launched only in a few markets (including the USA, despite previous rumors). It is likely to happen in a few months.

The price of Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to be something in between Galaxy S25 Plus ($999) and Galaxy S25 Ultra ($1299). The main competitor of the ultra-thin Samsung, Apple iPhone 17 Air, according to rumors will cost $1300, but will offer only one camera.
