Samsung’s Galaxy FE devices are not limited to phones, but there are also tablets. The company launched the Galaxy Tab FE series a few years ago to offer more affordable variants in response to the trend of rising prices for flagship models. In a new development, a recent leak has revealed some key specs of the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Tab S10 FE+, including screen sizes and capacity.
Leak reveals key specs of the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 FE Plus
Roland Quandt, a reliable tipster, has revealed the screen sizes of Samsung’s upcoming tablets. According to the post on Bluesky, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE will feature a 10.9-inch display. On the other hand, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ could feature a massive 13.1-inch display. This may make it especially ideal to enjoy multimedia and boost productivity.
Unfortunately, the post does not include any further technical details about the displays. The previous-gen models had IPS LCD panels that ran at 90Hz. It is unknown if the upcoming devices will receive any upgrades like AMOLED, higher refresh rate, or a sharper resolution. Anyway, the source also mentions that both the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Tab S10 FE+ will be available in variants with up to 12/256GB of RAM and storage.
For reference, only the Galaxy Tab S9 FE Plus was available with 12GB of RAM, while the vanilla model offered a maximum of 8GB. Therefore, it seems that Samsung will implement an improvement in this department. The company cannot be “stingy” with the RAM in a context where it seeks to expand the availability of its Galaxy AI suite to all its smartphone and tablet lines.
Exynos 1580 chip could power the series
It’s noteworthy that it’s been over a year since the last Galaxy Tab S FE lineup was launched. The company unveiled the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ in October 2023. There is currently no release date for the next-gen devices. Most of their tech specs still remain under wraps as well. Some sources suggest that both models will be powered by the Exynos 1580 SoC. Samsung announced this chip in October 2024, and it could be featured inside the Galaxy A56 as well. Lastly, the whole Galaxy Tab S10 FE series could be available in Wi-Fi and 5G versions.
