The holidays are just about here. If you’re still struggling to think of a top-tier gift for someone special on your list, a new tablet could be the perfect idea. What better way to impress someone than with the newest, most powerful version of Apple’s iPad? There’s a lot to love about the iPad Pro, but the price is not one of them. Thankfully, Amazon has slashed $200 off the 13-inch M4 iPad Pro, bringing it back to its record-low price of $1,099. And if you want something smaller, the 11-inch version is $100 off, coming down to $899.
Meanwhile, Best Buy is matching Amazon’s offer with the same 11-inch M4 iPad Pro for $899. Best Buy Plus members also save an extra $50 discount. Plus, if you are trading in an older tablet, you could save up to $600 with Best Buy’s trade-in program.

With Apple’s 2024 iPad release, you get a gorgeous OLED display (Apple calls it an Ultra Retina XDR Display). That means you can expect improved color performance while ticking off the usual P3 wide color and True Tone checkboxes. ProMotion means you’ll see a buttery-smooth 120Hz refresh rate.

On the inside, Apple brought the brand new M4 chip to bear, using up to 10 CPU cores and a 10-core GPU for incredible performance. You’ll need to choose the 1TB or 2TB configurations to get those 10-CPU cores though, so keep that in mind. The other capacity models have a nine-core CPU. Other features of note include Wi-Fi 6E support and the option to go for 5G-capable model data (though that costs extra).

Why this deal matters
The last time we saw this iPad discounted was during the October Prime Day sale event. Back then, the iPad Pro 11-inch was down to $849. Right now, it’s $50 more, but the deal is available to everyone. During Prime Day, it was only available to Prime members. However, the iPad Pro 13-inch is back down to its all-time low price of $1,099. Both options are great savings and are available for everyone to take advantage of.
