It seems like HONOR had yet another great year behind it. The company’s CEO, Zhao Ming, said that HONOR sales grew by over 50% in December 2024, globally.
HONOR sales actually grew by over 50% in December 2024, globally
The company’s profit is actually expected to reach new heights in 2025. Back in mid-2023, the company marked a 400% growth in Europe, 700% growth in Latin America, and a 500% growth in the Middle East & Africa.
Since then, HONOR has been constantly growing. Back in February last year, the company announced a 3-year plan to increase global market share by a considerable margin. It seems like everything is going according to plan thus far.
The HONOR Magic V3 was a truly successful phone for HONOR in 2024. The company’s CEO also mentioned AI during his speech and some other achievements such as the company’s laptops.
At the very end of his speech, Zhao Ming said: “Being named ‘Honor’ is the luck of Honor Company, but also a heavy responsibility. We must come up with tangible innovative results and live up to the expectations of consumers. Dreams are far away, and the road is under our feet. Let us move forward together, fearless of wind and rain, and look forward to the coming 2025!”
We have high expectations from HONOR in 2025
We’re expecting another interesting year from HONOR. The Magic7 and Magic7 Pro flagship handsets are expected to make a global debut later this month. The same goes for the Porsche Design model.
Later in the year, the HONOR Magic V4 or V5 is also expected to make some waves. Do note that the number 4 is considered unlucky in China, so HONOR may go with the Magic V5 name, we’ll see.
On top of all that, the company’s first tri-fold handset is tipped to make an appearance at IFA 2025 in Berlin. It remains to be seen if there’s any truth to that. HONOR is also allegedly working on its first smart ring, which was supposed to launch in 2024, but that didn’t happen.
