What if Apple Calendar is sufficient?
One of the Four Pillars of Productivity, as described by Tiago Forte, is the calendar. In today’s digital age, we manage multiple calendars, both work and personal. It’s still vivid in my memory when I first got my first work email using Google Workspace. It was like a dream come true. I know, I know, most people dread work emails, but hear me out. In my country, instant messaging is more glorified as the official professional platform for documenting our information exchanges.
Having a professional email address comes with a calendar. It was truly amazing that I could simply add calendar invites to people across the organization within our Google Workspace. It was an incredible feature for a tech-savvy person like me. I could even peek at someone’s calendar and check their availability for a meeting. Then, it hit me that using multiple emails for work and personal life required me to use a calendar client.
