Khushi Kapoor recently revealed that Boney Kapoor and Sridevi forbade her from taking autos. However, the actress has taken a ride in the vehicle inside the premises of her house. Khushi Kapoor and Junaid Khan recently appeared on Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachiyaa’s podcast to promote their upcoming film, Loveyapa, when they talked about public transport and going unrecognised.
Junaid Khan shared that he used to take autos frequently as no one knew he was Aamir Khan’s son. Junaid shared that he was once stuck at the same signal as Aamir Khan and while they momentarily greeted one another, he didn’t acknowledge the superstar as his father. Meanwhile, Khushi Kapoor had an interesting anecdote of her own.
Khushi Kapoor said, “I have taken an auto but within the house campus.” This admission left Bharti and Harsh shocked. She added, “And sometimes when we are travelling to Madh Island for a shoot, we take auto then.”
Khushi explained, “Actually, I was not allowed to take an auto. My parents were against it. So I used to take autos within the campus.” Khushi Kapoor is the daughter of ace producer Boney Kapoor and the late legendary actress Sridevi.
In a recent chat with SCREEN, Khushi called Boney Kapoor the most ‘luxurious’ person she has ever met. Khushi said, “He is the star of the house, in my opinion. He is bigger than all of us. He is the biggest diva, actor—everything, it’s him.” She said, “He played a role in Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar. He didn’t have many scenes in the film. He had to shoot in Delhi, and suddenly, I saw 13 large suitcases being moved from his closet.”
The actress recalled, “I realized he had packed his entire wardrobe for the film. He wore his own clothes on screen. When I visited him on set, he was dressed in the exact outfit he wears at home, with his boy standing next to him. I thought, ‘Is he on a movie set, or is he just chilling at home?’ He is the most relaxed and luxurious person I have ever met.”
Khushi previously mentioned to the portal that Boney Kapoor also has the final say on the matters in her life. Meanwhile, on the work front, Khushi Kapoor is all set to make her big screen debut in Loveyapa on February 7.
