Lockly unveils two innovative smart locks at CES 2025

Lockly is one of the most renowned names in the smart lock market. The brand is mostly known for its innovation in smart home products. It seems Lockly is keeping up with that tradition, as it announced the Vision Prestige at CES 2025. Lockly’s Vision Prestige is a facial recognition smart deadbolt lock that combines video doorbell capabilities.

You can unlock the new Vision Prestige smart deadbolt lock using your face, fingerprint, or by entering a code on the touchscreen keypad. This smart lock comes with a rechargeable 10,000mAh battery, which Lockly claims will last up to eight months. Since the door lock comes with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi support, you don’t have to worry about an additional bridge required with other video doorbells.

You can also unlock this smart lock using the Apple Home Key on your iPhone or Apple Watch. This deadbolt lock comes with two units; one sits outside of the door. This one has an integrated 2K camera that offers a 190-degree viewing angle to see your visitors.

The inside unit has a four-inch screen that lets you watch who is on the other side of the door. Lockly indicates that the smart lock is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Home. However, that does not apply to the video doorbell feature. The company says that the Vision Prestige smart lock will be released in the fourth quarter of 2025, with a price tag of $499.99.

There’s a UWB-supported model that can automatically unlock the door for you

Lockly also unveiled the Secure Pro smart lock at the ongoing big tech event. One of the standout features of this smart deadbolt lock is that it uses Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology. The Secure Pro can automatically unlock as you head toward your door with a compatible smartphone or smartwatch.

Lockly says that, initially, hands-free unlocking will work with UWB-supported Android phones including the latest offerings from Samsung and Google. Apple fans, don’t worry— iPhone support will eventually follow. That said, you can still try the tap-to-unlock feature with your Apple Home Key, as well as the Apple Watch. Lockly will also release this smart door lock in Q4 this year, with a price tag of $379.99.
