WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – An accident involving four cars on northbound I-135 left one man seriously hurt Saturday.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, four vehicles were heading north on I-135 about one mile south of 61st St. N. around 1:30 p.m.
Three of the cars were stopped due to a different crash up ahead. The driver of a Ford truck failed to stop in time and struck the back of a Nissan Altima, causing the two cars behind to collide.
The driver of the third car, a 44-year-old Texas man, was seriously hurt and taken to the hospital.
The other three drivers were not hurt.
