The Farmington Tigers defeated the visiting Apple Valley/Burnsville Eagles 5-2 on Tuesday, Jan. 06, 2025 at Schmitz-Maki Ice Arena.
The Eagles took the lead halfway through the first period, with a goal from Fisher Hatfield. Dylan Otten and Colten Himmelwright assisted.
The Tigers’ Nick Marsh tied it up late in the first, assisted by Jackson Donahue and AJ Vinar.
Four goals were scored in the second period, and the Tigers led 4-2 going in to the third period.
AJ Vinar increased the lead to 5-2 with a goal early in the third period, assisted by Nick Marsh and Adam Jelmo.
The teams are set to clash again at Apple Valley Sports Arena on February 5th.
