The facilities include the City of Fort Wayne’s radio shop, fleet management department, and traffic operations department.
Officials say the $14.88 million investment was paid for from existing City funds. They say the investment represents significant cost savings to taxpayer dollars as building new structures would have likely cost about $34.7 million.
