HONOR commissioned a new survey for the arrival of the HONOR Magic V3. This survey included 9,000 people (adults), it was done in Europe, and it showed the importance of reliable tech and battery life… amongst various other things.
Latest survey highlights the importance of reliable tech & battery life
The survey highlighted that 76% of people included experienced a tech failure during a key moment in life. 1 in 3 of people are concerned tech failures could ruin significant life events moving forward.
An even higher percentage, 89% of people included in the survey, said that battery life is important when choosing a new phone. Speaking of battery, 42% of them said that running out of battery would stress them out the most during major life milestones. 33% of them said the same thing about GPS navigation malfunctioning.
People seem to want phones that are more durable also
Furthermore, 63% of people admitted they’d pay more for a smartphone designed to be durable. 49% said that they’re nervous when muting a microphone or turning off camera during video calls.
Speaking of video calls, 41% of people admitted to saying or doing something embarrassing during a video call when they though they couldn’t be seen or heard.
11% of questioned people admitted to accidentally sending a flirty message to the wrong contact. And finally, 7% of people said that they’ve unwittingly sent a saucy snap to the wrong recipient.
This survey clearly highlighted the importance of tech being reliable. It also highlighted the importance of battery life, along with various other details. The HONOR Magic V3 is actually very durable despite the fact it’s a foldable phone.
HONOR also shared a music video, which is also a parody at the same time
On top of sharing the survey findings, HONOR also shared a music video, believe it or not. The company made a modern parody of a classic song (I Just) Died in Your Arms Tonight by Cutting Crew. The company created a music video following a young romantic who’s failing to find love thanks to unreliable technology. You can check that out below. This is the last thing I expected HONOR to deliver, but… there you go.
