From Hong Kong and Hornsby people are popping into Sydney’s Du Plessy Pralin & Otello, which is enjoying a viral moment after content creator Max Li posted about one of its decadent creations to his 1.5 million followers. The japonaise cake, now affectionately dubbed the ‘old baby cake’, is a gluten-free hazelnut, meringue and chocolate mousse cake adorned with lorikeets in icing sugar.
