The tipster has posted a video of the faster fingerprint unlocking in One UI 7 on X.com. The video demonstrates that One UI 7 will provide much faster animations when users lock and unlock the Galaxy S24. Furthermore, the leak reveals that the sound the device makes when it locks and unlocks is much clearer. It will be one of the best new features of the One UI 7 beta 3 update.
Samsung is still polishing the third One UI 7 beta update. However, the leak shows its promising blazing-fast speed. Recently, the source tipped about the newly added sound effects while charging. The sound is clear, but not every Galaxy user may like the renewed effects.
Samsung could roll out the stable One UI 7 update to the public in February
The Samsung Galaxy S25 series of phones will ship with One UI 7 build right out of the box. However, the update won’t be available to the general public anytime before mid-to-late February. We already know a lot about the new features that One UI 7 will bring. There will be system-wide enhancements, Galaxy AI improvements, and a lot more.
