OnePlus has just detailed the OnePlus 13 global launch, kind of. The company confirmed, yesterday, that the OnePlus 13 series will launch on January 7. Now, OnePlus specifically mentioned the devices that are coming.

In a press release, OnePlus specifically mentioned both the OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R. This is the first time that they’re mentioning the new R series model by name.
In the press release, OnePlus also mentioned that both devices will be sold in the US and Canada. It was also confirmed that the OnePlus 13R will pack a 6,000mAh battery, just like its more powerful sibling.
The OnePlus 13R will be available in two colors, Astral Trail and Nebula Noir. The all-new Gorilla Glass 7i will be used on the front and back of the phone, and the display will be flat. OnePlus mentioned that the device will be around 8mm thick, so it’ll be very thin.
A triple camera setup is confirmed for both smartphones, though no specifics were officially shared. Now, aside from these two smartphones. OnePlus is planning to launch some other devices on January 7.
In addition to the two phones, a new version of the OnePlus Buds Pro 3 is also coming
The company has confirmed that a new colorway for the OnePlus Buds Pro 3 is coming, Sapphire Blue. It will have a “leather-textured” finish, we’re assuming similar if not identical to the blue OnePlus 13 model. So, vegan leather will be used on the case, basically.
That is basically everything the company said. The OnePlus 13 already launched in China, as many of you know. I seems like all those three colors will be available in global markets two. Two will feature glass backs, and the blue model will have vegan leather on the back.
Needless to say, the OnePlus 13 will steal the show, but the OnePlus 13R could become one of the best budget offerings on the markets, like its predecessor.
