The global OnePlus 13 model hit a couple of checkpoints on the way to launch

As many of you know, this smartphone was announced in China last month. OnePlus usually announces its flagship in China and then launches it globally months later. The same will be the case this time around, it seems.

The global variant of the OnePlus 13 did hit both BIS and TUV Rheinland certifications, though. The model number that was listed on BIS is the CPH2649. The BIS certification basically confirms that the phone is on its way to India too, as expected.

The phone appeared on TUV Rheinland as the PJZ110, which is the model number that was used in China. One thing to note is that neither of these two certifications shared any other details.

The global variant will likely offer up to 16GB of RAM

We do know exactly what to expect out of the device, as its specs will be almost identical to the Chinese model. Chances are we, globally, won’t get the 24GB RAM option, and OxygenOS will ship pre-installed, not ColorOS. OxygenOS is basically a global version of OnePlus’ China software.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite will fuel the device, of course, while up to 16GB of RAM will be available. In fact, it’s possible that OnePlus will opt for a 16GB RAM model only, we’ll see. Several storage options will be on offer, while you’ll also get a 6,000mAh battery.

100W wired and 50W wireless charging will be supported on the global variant. You can also expect Android 15 to come pre-installed, while the OnePlus 13 will be both IP68 and IP69K certified.

A 6.82-inch 2K AMOLED display is also worth noting. That is an LTPO panel with an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The peak brightness of this panel is 4,500 nits. If you’d like to know more about the phone’s specifications, click here.
