Summary: OnePlus’ upcoming petite flagship has been caught on camera for the very first time. The phone’s alleged live image surfaced online. We’re still not sure it’s accurate, but one of China’s best-known tipsters did indirectly point in that direction. The OnePlus 13T will have two cameras on the back, a huge battery, a 6.3-inch OLED display, and more.
The OnePlus 13T aka OnePlus 13 Mini has just been spotted online, for the first time. This is actually a real-life image of the phone. We are still not sure that this is the real thing, but there’s an indication that it is.
OnePlus’ petite flagship has just been caught on camera for the first time
If you check out the image below, you’ll see the leaked device. That leak on its own does not mean much. However, one of China’s most prominent tipsters, Digital Chat Station, did suggest it may be, indirectly.
The tipster shared the image you can see below. That is the image of the OPPO K13 series smartphone. He suggested that the OnePlus 13T will look very similar to that device. Well, the one that surfaced surely does.
The shape of the phone is the same, and the same goes for the camera island. The LED flash and additional camera sensors have swapped places in the OnePlus 13T leak. The two cameras also seem to look more like one entity in the OnePlus 13T leak, while they’re separated by metal on the OPPO K13.
The phone’s backplate will be completely flat
Based on this, the OnePlus 13T’s camera island will protrude on the back, a bit. Its backplate will be completely flat, while the frame around the phone will be mostly flat. This image is a bit blurry, but there seems to be an action key on the left-hand side.
The OnePlus 13T is tipped to include a 50-megapixel main camera and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera. We do hope that the telephoto unit will actually be a periscope telephoto camera. The leaked image is too blurry to tell by the shape of the camera itself.
This smartphone is also tipped to include a 6.3-inch OLED display, which will be flat. It will offer a 120Hz refresh rate too. A 6,200mAh battery is also tipped for the phone, and the same goes for the Snapadragon 8 Elite chip. The OnePlus 13T will support 80W wired charging, if the rumors are accurate, while 50W wireless charging could also be included. This phone could launch in April.
