OPPO Find N5 gets a Premium Service program in 75+ countries

Last month, the Chinese tech giant OPPO launched the Find N5 as the world’s slimmest foldable phone. The device managed to grab a lot of attention across the globe due to its impressive specs and thin profile. Now, the company has announced that it is further enhancing the user experience of OPPO Find N5 owners with a new Premium Service program.

OPPO has introduced a range of “Premium Services” for the Find N5

As part of the new Premium Service program, OPPO Find N5 owners will get access to a range of services, like exclusive VIP hotlines, refresh services, and premium lanes. In addition, users of the foldable phone will get an international warranty service that will allow them to enjoy a worry-free experience across the globe.

The Premium Service package’s exclusive hotlines ensure faster, more convenient, and more personalized service for any issues the Find N5 users may encounter. The premium hotline will provide personalized service regarding any product inquiries or problems.

Find N5 users can get free screen protectors, loan phones, and more in select regions

It’s worth mentioning that OPPO is offering Find N5 users free screen protectors in select regions. Furthermore, they will get exclusive loan phones and free send-in repair service (in Malaysia), providing all the services required to easily handle any unexpected issues with the foldable phone.

In the press release, OPPO mentioned that all of its service technicians and engineers undergo extensive, standardized training to deliver the same high level of efficient and reliable professional services across the globe. The warranty package provides comprehensive support, including repairs, cleaning, and software updates in any region covered by the warranty. It doesn’t matter where you’ve purchased your OPPO Find N5 unit.

Notably, OPPO has rolled out the Premium Service package in more than 75 countries, but the Find N5 is currently available only in a few markets. These countries include Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Mexico. The company isn’t planning to launch the device in some of the major markets, like Europe, any time soon.
