DETAILS:
- A possible teen possibly a 15 to 16 year old reportedly struck and killed on the 10 West FWY West of the 710 FWY.
- A driver in a silver sedan called 911 and reported he had run over a pedestrian.
- The driver that hit the ped got off on Soto St and the 10 FWY.
- CHP is investigating having all lanes closed and occasionally opening the number 1 lane to let a few cars go through.
- The driver who struck the ped is seen extremely distraught and the CHP officer that is talking to him was consoling the driver.
