As Sacramento County gets ready to reopen part of the American River Parkway to cars, some are speaking out against the move. More than 100 protestors showed up at Sailor Bar in Fair Oaks to show why they don’t want cars in the area. They chanted, “Do what’s best for Sailor Bar, don’t ruin it with cars.”
