The Galaxy S25 Ultra has popped up in a new leak showing off what is said to be the device’s S Pen slot alongside a brief glimpse of the One UI 7 interface. This is one of a few leaks that have surfaced regarding the phone just this month.
The most recent prior to these leaked images is of a hands-on video. In that video, which was initially posted to Reddit (the original poster’s account is now deleted) what is presumed to be a Galaxy S25 Ultra prototype shows off the front and back of the device. You get small glimpses of the rear cameras and just a quick second of the powered-on display. What’s more important is that the hands-on video leak looks pretty similar to the design of the phone in these new images.
They both also show that the phone has rounded corners. The rounded corners are a detail that was rumored earlier this month. So these leaks seem to support this claim that Samsung is using rounded corners for the upcoming phone.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra keeps the S Pen slot in the same location
The images in this latest leak don’t reveal much, but they do show off the bottom of the device. Something that hasn’t really been seen yet. This gives us a better look at the S Pen’s location which hasn’t really changed. It’s still sitting under the left bottom corner of the display. However, it does appear to have been moved slightly to the right. This could be due to the rounded corners of the phone, which leave less room for the S Pen slot compared to the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
The images also show off the USB-C charging port, SIM card slot, and what’s likely the bottom-facing speaker.
The tiniest look at One UI 7’s Quick Settings panel
In addition to the images of the S Pen slot, there’s also a tiny glimpse at the Quick Settings panel for One UI 7. Or so it would appear as these leaks can’t be confirmed to be true. Additionally, there’s an image of the charging notification on the bottom of the screen while the phone is plugged in.
Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to make a debut around or shortly after CES just like the company did with the Galaxy S24 series last year. The phone has been rumored to come with a higher-than-expected cost. However, this hasn’t been confirmed either.
