Samsung Galaxy Ring may get two additional sizes soon

The Samsung Galaxy Ring hit the market some weeks ago after much anticipation. The company confirmed the development of the wearable earlier this year, and many have been eagerly awaiting it ever since. While the ring is available in multiple sizes, it may not yet be enough to perfectly fit everyone’s finger. So, it looks like the Galaxy Ring will be getting a couple of additional sizes in the coming weeks.

Samsung may launch Galaxy Ring sizes 14 and 15 in the coming weeks

Currently, you can find Samsung’s first smart ring in up to 9 sizes: 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13. They all have the same functions and design, only differing in how they fit each finger. That said, if you wanted larger sizes for the device, you’re in luck. According to tipster Max Jambor, the Samsung Galaxy Ring will also be available in sizes 14 and 15 soon.

While all sizes of the wearable include the same components, the larger variants (12 and 13) have bigger batteries. So, it’s possible that something similar could happen with the upcoming Galaxy Ring additional sizes. Anyway, at the moment this is just speculation, and there’s nothing official about it.

Galaxy Ring reaching Mexico and Brazil

In related news, Samsung confirmed that it is expanding the availability of the Galaxy Ring to more markets in Latin America. More specifically, people in Mexico and Brazil will soon be able to try out the brand’s first smart ring. Samsung is already accepting pre-registrations in Mexico, offering a MXN 1,000 ($51) discount coupon to those who participate. Starting October 3, Mexicans will be able to pre-order the smart ring using said coupon.

If you’re not aware, the Galaxy Ring is a wearable for those who don’t want wearables. The “ring” form factor is slim and discreet enough that you won’t even notice you’re wearing it, unlike a traditional smartwatch. The device can monitor your sleep quality, heart rate, stress levels, and menstrual cycles. Plus, it doesn’t require any subscription plans to access all of its features.
