Samsung to offer better cooling inside Galaxy S25 phones

According to a new report, the Samsung Galaxy S25 series smartphone will offer better cooling. This information comes from Ahmed Qwaider, a tipster. He shared some interesting information via X.

The entire Galaxy S25 series will offer better cooling, it seems

He claims that the Samsung Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ will offer 10% better cooling system. The Galaxy S25 Ultra, on the flip side, will offer 42% better cooling mechanism according to the tipster.

All three phones are expected to utilize a vapor chamber system in order to do this. The tipster also mentioned that the heat will be distributed throughout the devices so that you feel as little heat as possible.

As a reminder, the Galaxy S24 included a 90% bigger vapor chamber than the previous generation. So we will seemingly see some improvements in that area yet again with the Galaxy S25 series.

All three phones will launch on January, while the ‘Slim’ could be shown in some capacity too

The entire Galaxy S25 series will become official on January 22. That much has been confirmed by Samsung already. The Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra are coming. There’s also a possibility of a fourth device based on the company’s teaser

That device could be the Galaxy S25 Slim, though Samsung could only share limited details about it. That handset is not expected to get a full launch during this event or anything like that.

All three main Galaxy S25 series smartphones will be fueled by the same chip, the Snapdragon 8 Elite. That goes for all markets, we won’t be getting two SoC variants this time around.

All three phones will also include flat displays and flat frames. The very minimum of RAM that will be included is 12GB, which is a jump from 8GB on last year’s models. Android 15 will come pre-installed on the devices, along with Samsung’s One UI 7 skin.
