The second season of the Severance program is coming to an end, but fear not, questions will be asked.
Quinta Brunson is moderating a Q&A about the second season of the Apple TV+ drama series. The event, which includes an all guild screening of the Adam Scott-fronted show, will take place at the DGA in LA on March 22.
Brunson is not directly involved in Severance but is close with Scott, having guest starred on the revival of Starz’ Party Down series, which aired in 2023.
Panelists for the event include Ben Stiller, who directs and exec produces the show, creator Dan Erickson and stars such as Adam Scott, Britt Lower, Tramell Tillman, Zach Cherry, Jen Tullock, Michael Chernus, Dichen Lachman, Patricia Arquette, Sarah Bock, Ólafur Darri Ólafsson and Gwendoline Christie.
Deadline is a partner for this event so check back afterwards for full coverage.
The second season finale of the show, which delves deeper into corporate culture and the concept of a work-life balance at Lumon Industries, airs on Friday March 21.
Severance follows Mark Scout (Scott), an employee of the fictional corporation Lumon Industries who agrees to a “severance” program in which his non-work memories are separated from his work memories.
The second season also features John Turturro, Christopher Walken, Sydney Cole Alexander, Karen Aldridge, Merritt Wever, Claudia Robinson, Alia Shawkat, Stefano Carannante, Bob Babalan, John Noble and Robby Benson.
Severance returned earlier this to Apple TV+ after a three-year gap from season one. It has been a hit for the tech company with Apple claiming that its second season launched as its number one series in history based on unique viewers between January 17 – February 17. It also claimed Neilsen’s number four spot for the week of January 13, logging 589 million minutes viewed in the U.S. over all existing episodes, 28% of them spent on the Season 2 opener.
