OSCEOLA, IN (WSBT) — A shocking video of a car passing a school bus on the passenger side while picking up kids for school is being shared on social media.
This happened on Ash Road in Osceola on Tuesday at around 7:40 a.m.

In the video you can see kids waiting to board the school bus when a car drives in between the children and the school bus.
Police agencies say if you see a car passing a stopped school bus to call 911. Provide as much information as possible.
All cars should stop when a school bus extends the stop arm.
