Street Takeover Dork Hits A Dozen Cars While Running From Police

There are many damaging effects of illegal street takeovers, but residents in a South Los Angeles neighborhood are really feeling it after a participant in one crashed into a dozen cars parked on the side of the road. That suspect was fleeing police after they busted up the gathering, but at least they caught him after the wreck.

A cop in Texas has been fired after a road rage shooting.

The suspect was reportedly fleeing in an Infiniti, which we see plenty of G35 and G37 coupes and sedans at takeovers, when he lost control and slammed into the park cars. That caused a domino effect, bringing residents out of their houses in mass confusion at just before 3 am.

What a way to wake up, seeing yours and your neighbors’ cars smashed up and thrown all over the place. For anyone who thinks it’s no big deal because insurance will cover everything, they must have never filed an insurance claim in their life.

Plus, as one woman told KCAL, a lot of the people in the area are low-income residents. The burden of repairing or replacing their vehicle, even with an insurance payout, might be too much for them. That means trouble getting to work and wherever else they need to go.

But we’re sure this street takeover dork didn’t think about that when he gleefully joined in the fun in the area. Same with when he drove at high speeds on surface streets to get away from Los Angeles Police.

Some are going to blame the cops because that’s the default setting in their brain; everything is always the fault of those in charge. But nobody is making these kids (and some adults) do street takeovers. Considering all the criminal activity which swirls around these events, from car theft to human trafficking, it’s high time they’re shut down for good.
