TBL Group has acquired Reston Limousine and Travel Service Inc., a leading woman-owned transportation company based in the Washington area, as part of its strategy to build an integrated, nationwide ground transportation network.
Reston Limousine, founded in 1990 by President and CEO Kristina Bouweiri, is one of the largest luxury transportation providers in the D.C. metro region and ranks among the top 10 largest chauffeured fleets in the United States. The company has headquarters in Northern Virginia’s Dulles corridor, with additional offices in Baltimore; Capitol Heights, Maryland; and Fairfax, Virginia.

“We have enjoyed a long history with TBL Group CEO John Ferrari and his organization, working together to fulfill contract work,” said Bouweiri. “Our business models are practically identical, both in operations and in how we support and value our staff. We look forward to continued growth and the enhanced synergies the TBL umbrella can bring to operations.”
Reston Limousine has earned high safety ratings from the U.S. Department of Transportation and U.S. Department of Defense. Its 24/7 operations center includes dispatch, maintenance, detailing, and repair services. The company serves a broad market that includes government contracts, charter services, corporate shuttles, and weddings.
Deal fits long-term strategy
Ferrari said the acquisition aligns with TBL’s mission to grow through partnerships with like-minded transportation providers.
“Reston Limousine’s impeccable reputation for reliability, safety and attention to customer service mirrors our own values,” Ferrari said. “We are very excited to add this fine organization to the TBL Group of brands.”

TBL Group has expanded its national footprint through a series of acquisitions in the ground transportation and logistics sector. The company’s growing portfolio includes several well-established regional leaders in chauffeured services, event logistics, and fleet maintenance.
AFC Transportation and Echo Transportation merged in 2015 to form one of Texas’ largest and most diversified coach providers. Republic Equipment Works, acquired in 2016, is a full-service paint and body shop for heavy-duty vehicles.
Since 2018, TBL has added Echo Transportation Solutions for logistics and event coordination, and in 2021 acquired American Traffic Management and American Transfers and Tours, both specialists in large-scale event transportation and traffic flow.
In 2023, East Coast Transportation joined the group, bringing decades of experience in luxury ground transport in Florida. In 2024, TBL expanded further into Illinois with the acquisition of Windy City Limousine and Chicago North Shore Limousine Group, both now operating under the Echo Windy City umbrella.
