The Acer Nitro V15 gaming laptop with an RTX 4050 is now $650

Amazon has a pretty good deal going on for the Acer Nitro V15 gaming laptop. This is a gaming laptop that would normally cost you $780 if you had to pay the full retail price for it. However, Amazon currently has it discounted down to just $650.

That saves you $130 which is pretty decent on a gaming laptop that’s already reasonably low-priced. The Acer Nitro V15 is powered by an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 GPU which is powerful enough for some casual gaming. And what we mean by casual gaming is simply not attempting to turn the graphics up to their maximum settings.

You should be able to play even the latest games but you may need to adjust the graphics settings to ensure things run smoothly. In addition to the GeForce RTX 4050 GPU, the Acer Nitro V15 runs on the Intel Core i5-13420H processor, plus it has 8GB of DDR5 RAM, and a 512GB SSD for game storage.

The laptop also has a 15.6-inch screen the display has a 144Hz refresh rate. Making it perfect for gamers who value the high frame rates while playing games. The laptop has plenty of connectivity options too. There are two USB 3.2 Type-A ports, an HDMI 2.1 port, an ethernet port, and a USB Type-C Thunderbolt 4 port on one side, and the headphones jack, Kensington lock, and another USB 3.2 Type-A port on the other side.

The Acer Nitro V15 comes with a pretty sizeable keyboard with RGB backlighting, and a decent-sized trackpad as well. Plus, it has Wi-Fi 6 support for fairly decent wireless internet connectivity speeds. Overall it’s a pretty decent starter gaming laptop. So if you just want something that can play games and you aren’t worried about the best possible graphics, this is a good deal.
