Xiaomi is offering a brilliant-sounding bonus for all Xiaomi 15 smartphone series buyers – and we mean that quite literally.
There’s an extra reason to pick up a Xiaomi 15 or Xiaomi 15 Ultra right now, other than both phones being brilliant examples of the format.
Xiaomi has taken to X (formerly Twitter) to reveal that Xiaomi 15 series customers can claim four months of Spotify Premium for free.
What is Spotify Premium?
Spotify Premium typically costs £10.99/US$10.99 per month. It offers the world’s most popular music streaming platform, with its access to more than 100 million tracks, in its ultimate form.
That means ad-free listening, unlimited skips, the ability to favourite and curate playlists, and the ability to download tracks for offline listening.
Spotify Premium also outputs higher quality music streams than the bogs standard tier, though we’re not talking HiFi just yet. The last we heard, Spotify’s hi-res audio tier will be launching later this year.
Xiaomi
It’s not just Xiaomi 15 owners
Xiaomi’s X post was actually more of a reminder than an outright announcement. The company has been offering four months of Spotify Premium on its phones for a while now.
Follow the link in the X post, and you’ll see that it applies to a few older Xiaomi phones too: the Xiaomi 14T, Xiaomi 14T Pro, Xiaomi Mix Flip, Xiaomi 14 Ultra, Xiaomi 14, Xiaomi 13T, and Xiaomi 13T Pro.
You can claim three months or two months of free Spotify Premium access on a bunch of older or cheaper Xiaomi devices too. Check out the relevant promotion page to see if your Xiaomi device is included.
