DIXON, CA (MPG) – The City of Dixon, along with the Solano County
Transportation Authority, are hosting a series of public workshops to gather
public input for the Community-Based Transportation Plan which is under
development.

The Community-Based Transportation Plan will help the city and the
Solano County Transportation Authority better understand current transit
conditions and opportunities to make mobility services more accessible and
efficient for older adults, youth, low income, individuals with disabilities
and all residents across the community.

By providing feedback, the public will help design transportation
system improvements that work for all.

Join the project team at the following locations to share your
input. Super La Favorite on April 5, Dixon Family Services on April 8, Dixon Library
on April 24, Grocery Outlet on May 2 and the Dixon Senior Center on May 13.

The project team will also be on site at the Dixon May Fair from
May 8 to May 11 to collect input.

The project team is conducting a robust analysis of existing transportation
services, local and countywide demographics and regional plans to identify transportation
trends, challenges and opportunities.

The project team wants to hear from the public about their
experiences with transportation options around Dixon. Your input makes a
difference.
